Obstacles to Applying Electronic School Management in Kuwait

Organizations in diverse fields are faced with challenges that require them to develop, adopt, and/or innovate new administrative methods to save time and effort. Based on the need for school administrators to cope with these challenges, this study investigated the main obstacles to applying electronic school management in Kuwait from a teacher's perspective. The findings showed that there were statistically significant differences between males and females in their views on administrative obstacles. The author recommend having an integrated plan for the process of transformation into electronic management and plan a project to shift towards the use of electronic management systems.
