The roles of school psychologist and school counselor are examined. School psychologists and school counselors should work together closely, using both their separate and shared skills for the benefit of school children. This article examines polydisciplinary groups in the human services, identifying four types: multidisciplinary, pluridisciplinary, cross-disciplinary, and interdisciplinary groups. The effect of number and type of consulted relationships on ethical decision making was assessed. Using an instrument developed by the authors, the Decision-Making Questionnaire, change in decision from a neutral condition to reassessment of the decision was measured, under one of six conditions.
