Issues examined and discussed include funding carried over from previous fiscal years; federal tort claims coverage for tribal organizations; provision of technical assistance to tribes to develop their capacity to contract and assume administration of federal progress; tribal budgeting systems; and contract funding, indirect costs, and contract appeals.
