Physical Attractiveness, Somatotype, and the Male Personality: A Dynamic Interactional Perspective.
Tucker, Larry A.
Journal of Clinical Psychology, v40 n5 p1226-34 Sep 1984
Determined whether measures of personality, considered compositely and individually, differ significantly among groups of college males (N=285) differentiated according to subjective-perception of attractiveness. Results indicated that self-perceived mesomorphs manifested psychological qualities that were significantly more favorable than those of their counterparts. (LLL)
