Faculty Salaries and Benefits, 1985-86: Nebraska Technical Community College Areas.

In response to a legislative request, this report provides a compilation of information about full- and part-time faculty, and teacher salaries and benefits in the Nebraska Technical Community College Areas. The compilation includes data in varying degrees of detail from each college. For Central Community College, figures are provided for numbers of full- and part-time, vocational and academic faculty, total salary/benefit expenditures for full- and part-time faculty, and starting salary for full-time faculty. For Metropolitan Technical College, a 1985-86 salary schedule, charts showing minimum criteria by level for initial appointment and subsequent promotion, and a list of instructor salaries by division are presented. Data for Mid-Plains Technical Community College Area include, for each discipline, number of full- and part-time instructors, full- and part-time salary, salary range, and number of academic and vocational instructors. For Northeast Technical Community College, tables list total salary for each instructional program; and daily and annual salary, starting date of employment, educational attainment, and teaching and occupational experience for each faculty member in each instructional program. Tables related to Southeast Community College provide information on number of employees, salary, and benefits by employee classification, individual faculty and non-faculty salaries and benefits by program. Finally, a salary schedule and fiscal year 1985-86 projections for Western Technical Community College area are provided with respect to number of full- and part-time, academic and vocational faculty and total expenditures for salaries/benefits for full- and part-time, academic and vocational faculty.
