Discover Presidential Log Cabins is a set of materials designed to help educate 6-8 grade students about the significance of three log cabin sites occupied by George Washington, Ulysses Grant, Abraham Lincoln, and Theodore Roosevelt. This teacher's discussion guide is intended for use as part of a larger, comprehensive social studies program, and may be adapted to complement such topics as the American Revolutionary War, the U.S. Civil War, the U.S. Presidents, conservation, and the National Parks.
