Effects of a course in introductory management indicate students saw less difference between themselves and good managers with regard to stereotypically masculine attributes. Managerial aspiration levels and feminine characteristics attributed to themselves and good managers were unaffected by the course. (Author/JAC)

The Supreme Court ruling on the Yeshiva case, which ruled that Yeshiva faculty are managerial employees and therefore not protected in their organizing efforts by the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), is discussed.
