This publication is a guide to the Total Educational Energy Management (TEEM) approach for energy conservation at community colleges. This guide includes step-by-step procedures for establishing a program task force, defining specific tasks, and assigning responsibilities. Action plans are developed, energy consumption monitored, goals set, and conservation measures implemented. A series of appendices provides more detailed information, charts, and worksheets related to all aspects of energy use.
