This study of Poland's Institutions of Higher Education is one of a series undertaken at the request of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars. Other publications completed and now available in the series relate to Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. While care has been taken to include in it the data that the Collegiate Registrars need about the Polish institutions, the scope of the study is wide enough to make it useful to students of the general field of comparative education, especially those who wish to learn of the part that higher education plays in the national life of Poland.
