Outcomes Resulting from the Application of Two Occupational Analysis Models to Entrepreneurship: A Comparison.
Berns, Robert G.; Klopping, Inge M.
Delta Pi Epsilon Journal, v34 n4 p194-208 Fall 1992
In a comparison of the application of the DACUM (Developing a Curriculum) model and the OCAP (Ohio Competency Analysis Profiles) model to entrepreneurship by a panel of experts, the DACUM approach identified 63 more competencies. One reason may be that the OCAP panel was given a predetermined list of competencies from which to work. (SK)
