Bartlett, Robin, L.; Miller, Timothy I.
Social Science Quarterly, v69 n4 p892-909 Dec 1988
Examines the determining factors for earnings for 457 graduates of two small liberal arts institutions. Finds that human capital variables are significant determinants of compensation while gender, networking, motivation, corporate size, and organizational differences are also significant variables.
