Considerations Regarding Graduate Student Persistence.
Schinke, Robert J.; da Costa, Jose; Andrews, Michael
Alberta Journal of Educational Research, v47 n4 p341-52 Win 2001

Any graduate student can be rendered academically incompetent by lack of necessary mentoring support. Graduate student persistence may be fostered through improved personal and interpersonal reflexivity. (Contains 35 references.) (TD)
