The Implications of Client Satisfaction Feedback for Beginning Family Therapists: Back to the Basics.
Laszloffy, Tracey A.
Journal of Marital and Family Therapy, v26 n3 p391-97 Jul 2000
This study relies solely on client-satisfaction ratings of therapy to assess outcome and select the sample of "extremely satisfied" or "extremely dissatisfied" family therapy patients. Client and therapist feedback from both groups of cases were analyzed in terms of what was considered good and not good about the therapy experience. Themes linked to the divergent outcomes are discussed. (Author/MKA)
