The authors consider the arguments against busing and school desegregation as ludicrous and camouflaged racism. They especially deplore those educators and counselors who are opposed to desegregation. It is the duty of counselors, the authors maintain, to avoid confrontation between races by keeping lines of communication open. (SE)
