The Mexican American in Higher Education: Implications for Educators.
Muhs, William F.; And Others
Personnel and Guidance Journal, v58 n1 p20-24 Sep 1979

Education may be enhanced when teachers reinforce "successful behavior." Problems may arise using U.S.-based theories of "democratic" leadership styles because Mexican-American culture places emphasis on traditional leadership. (Author)
