Socially isolated college students volunteered for a program to increase social comfort and activity in friendship interactions. Results indicated no significant differences between the treatment groups or between the control groups. Treatment groups showed significant improvements in contrast to each control group on measures of social anxiety and social activity. (Author/BEF)
