Enhancing NTIS Database Access at a Multi-Campus University.

The Pennsylvania State University Libraries and the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) collaborated to bring the entire NTIS bibliographic database online on the University-wide information system and make it available for searching at all 21 Pennsylvania State campuses. This article also reviews the level of database and technical report use that occurred during the initial phase of implementation. (AEF)
