Reading Habits of University ESL Students at Different Levels of English Proficiency and Education.

Examines the degree to which the levels of English proficiency (high vs. low) and education (graduate vs. undergraduate) of English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) students were associated with differences in their reading behaviors. Finds that the subjects' level of education and English proficiency were associated with their reading behavior patterns. Discusses instructional implications. (RS)
