Athletic directors, intercollegiate head coaches, and student athletes (n=34) participated in a Delphi study to determine dimensions that should be included in the evaluation of full-time head coaches at National Collegiate Athletic Association Division II institutions. Responses were used to develop a 15-category, 91-dimension tool representing the essentials of a coaching evaluation. (SLD)
