This booklet presents specification tables illustrating the relative importance given to topics on tests within a particular subject area. The general subject areas are social studies, Spanish, mathematics, and natural sciences. Tables are provided for final exams in each of these areas for several primary grades, illustrating the importance of one particular concept or skill in relation to others. Instructions and specific recommendations for test construction in each area and examples of suggested question types are included. (VM)
