Brown, Chris; George-Curran, Roberta; Smith, Marian L.
Journal of Career Assessment, v11 n4 p379-92 Nov 2003
Measures of emotional intelligence, vocational exploration, and career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE) were completed by 288 college students. Emotional intelligence was positively related to CDMSE. Utilization of feelings and self-control factors were inversely related to vocational exploration and commitment.
