This curriculum guide for teachers of elementary school children provides information on Chinese people in America from the 1800's to the present. The purpose is to increase the Chinese American student's awareness and appreciation of his own heritage. Moreover, the guide attempts to develop among all people an understanding and appreciation of that heritage.
