This booklet on population is one of a series in environmental education for grades K-12. The activities contained within develop the concept of origins of life and the role of culture in determining population interactions. Four basic concepts are listed and the behavioral objectives, associated subject areas, and key words and definitions are included for each. Three activity options are given for each concept. Information for the teacher includes materials and resources needed for the activity, the procedure, discussion questions, further activities, and sample worksheets.
