This report presents the Texas Assessment of Academic Skills (TAAS) performance results to state officials and the public as required by state law. Compiled in two volumes, TAAS results are aggregated and reported for the state as a whole, for education service centers and individual districts, and in district demographic groupings. This volume lists performance results in tabular form alphabetically by school district for non-special education students for each grade level tested. Results are given for grades 3, 3-Spanish, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 12 for the October 1991 TAAS administration and for grades 11 and 12 for the spring 1992 TAAS administration. The Texas Educational Assessment of Minimum Skills (TEAMS) exit level results are provided for grade-12 students testing in October 1991 and spring 1992 administrations. (SLD)
