The Bill Gates Foundation has spent as much as a third-world country's income on the following conclusion: one of the primary reasons why students struggle in class and often leave school altogether is instructor ineffectiveness. This may be a slightly painful thing to hear, but, as the saying goes, the truth sometimes hurts. Additionally, the results of the author's own review of over five hundred instructors all over the country indicate that instructors who tend to perform at a very high level with respect to measurable items, such as student satisfaction, student retention, and academic success, tend to have certain traits.
