For most of his career, the author served as a registrar at Brigham Young University. He has come to understand something about leadership and what it requires to really make a difference in the lives of students as they pursue their education and life dreams. In this article, he shares lessons that he hopes will be beneficial to all his colleagues, seasoned leaders as well as those new to the profession.
