Embedding "Getting Practical" and ASE Improving Practical Work in Triple Science LSN Network

With the two-year pilot of "Getting Practical" drawing to a close, new ways to embed the key messages into existing CPD programmes are being sought. In "Embedding Getting Practical," the first author describes how she has been able to do this with the courses she is involved with. In "ASE Improving Practical Work in Triple Science LSN Network," the second author describes a Learning Skills Network (LSN) "Sharing innovation network" which aimed at increasing the uptake of Triple Science in schools. The project is using the "Getting Practical" course materials as a starting point for developing a training course for secondary level science teachers, called "Improving Practical Work in Triple Science."
