Smith, Pam Sandlian
Journal of Access Services, v5 n1-2 p19-30 2007

This includes attention to the details of environment, presentation, ambiance, graphics, customer service and programs. The West Palm Beach Public Library has integrated this cohesive planning by working with hospitality concepts, resulting in a remarkable rejuvenation. (Contains 1 figure and 2 photos.)
