Caring, Sharing in the Big Sky--Writer, Photographer Explore Five of Montana's Tribal Colleges
Worley, Jerry
Tribal College Journal of American Indian Higher Education, v22 n2 p14-22 Win 2010
The author travels across Montana with a former student and photographer, Anders Andersson, and says that visiting tribal colleges is the best way to really understand them. In this article, he writes about five tribal colleges in Montana: (1) Little Big Horn College (LBHC); (2) Chief Dull Knife College (CDKC); (3) Stone Child College (SCC); (4) Fort Belknap College (FBC); and (5) Fort Peck Community College (FPCC). He asked each president which program he or she was the most proud of and then met the people involved.
