Seven Issues to Consider when Designing Training Curricula
Phillips, Jennie
Performance Improvement, v49 n7 p9-16 Aug 2010

Curriculum is a long-term, integrated approach to training in which workers take several related courses over a period of time. This article presents seven design issues that distinguish curriculum design from course design. (Contains 1 figure.)
