Reflecting on the current status of multicultural education in higher education institutions, we examine "Grow Your Own Teachers," a progressive, innovative program that not only embodies and enacts major principles of multicultural education, but also represents an ongoing effort to redefine and revitalize multicultural education within teacher preparation.
