The resident assistant (RA) position on many college and university campuses is extremely important for the learning, safety, and cultural engagement of students. This study examined the training and performance improvement techniques of resident assistants as perceived by chief housing officers at institutions affiliated with the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities.
