Lloyd-Zannini, Lou
Understanding Our Gifted, v18 n1 p9-12 Fall 2005

One can break down personality distinctions into four significant patterns or groups: commanders, cheerleaders, caregivers, and contemplators. In this article, the author describes each of these groups and discusses how to effectively use these styles in communicating with teens.
