Introducing a Team-Based Clinical Intake System at a University Counseling Center: A Good Method for Handling Client Demand
Murphy, Michael C.; Martin, Tamara L.
Journal of College Student Psychotherapy, v19 n2 p3-12 Oct 2004
While there has been considerable discussion in the literature over the past 20 years about clinical service delivery systems, increased demand for services and increasing severity of presenting issues at college and university counseling centers, there have been few articles proposing new clinical service delivery systems to deal with these issues. This article describes the implementation of a team-based approach to managing a clinical services system at a university counseling center.
