Weatherby, Kristen
Learning & Leading with Technology, v34 n6 p26-29 Mar 2007
In part 1 of this article, the author introduced Microsoft's worldwide K-12 education initiative, Partners in Learning, and discusses the partnership with ISTE in creating project-based learning curriculum as part of Partners in Learning. The project-based learning curriculum can be adapted for classrooms across the globe. This paper, the second of a two-part article, discusses the use of the PBL curriculum in Estonia and Hong Kong and describes how it is being used and adapted in these very different education systems. It also explores the use of the curriculum in these two countries. [For Part I, see EJ779822.]
