Fowler, Joy A.
English Journal, v94 n6 p49 Jul 2005
Joy A. Fowler, Department Chair, Writing Department, School for Creative and Performing Arts, Ohio talks about his courses offered at his school, theories and learning used, interdisciplinary opportunities available at his school and other related matters. Talking about cultural and linguistic diversity he says that as it is observed that writing of all the arts has reduced over the time and there is lack of recognition for writing as an art, it is his personal and professional goal of mine to change this perception, returning literature, and its creation, to its original revered and rightful status.
