For several years now the author of this article, has been teaching graduate courses in educational administration. In that time, she has developed strategies that help get the message across and inspire the next generation of school leaders. During her tenure as a part-time professor, she has honed methods to teach the introductory course to a master's degree (and credential) in educational leadership. This article discusses the strategies and books she uses to teach her class.
