Assessed student teachers' views of a collaborative cohort experience where four faculty members provided seamless instruction to illustrate effective collaboration. Data surveys and focus groups indicated that, in contrast to campus-based instruction, the collaborative cohort model improved preservice teachers' attitudes toward integrating effective collaboration, even while measured levels of actual collaborative behavior decreased. Changes related to enhancement of student teachers' perceived ability to meet diverse students' needs in inclusive classrooms. (SM)
