Multicultural Group Supervision: A Comparison of In-Person versus Web-Based Formats.

Compares the effectiveness of in-person and Web-based multicultural supervision peer group formats. Results suggested that in-person peer group multicultural supervision offers a method of developing multicultural case conceptualization ability in school counselor trainees that is more effective and satisfying than Web-based supervision. Moreover, higher levels of satisfaction were reported with in-person peer group supervision than with Web-based peer group supervision. (Contains 46 references.) (GCP)
