Examines the constructions of gender and sexuality, desire and resistance in students' reflections on a course (entitled, "Gender, Culture and Communication") and a curriculum which asked them not only to interrogate the reasons for their performance of gendered identity, but to question (and resist) the performance itself. Explores the boundaries and the possibilities for constructing alternative gender pedagogies. (SG)
