"I'm Fooling Them All:" The Examination of the Imposter Phenomenon in the Undergraduate Instructor Assistant Experience.
Turman, Paul D.
Journal of Graduate Teaching Assistant Development, v8 n3 p123-31 Fall 2001
Sought to identify training strategies to reduce levels of the "imposter phenomenon" (when highly successful people have strong feelings of fraudulence about their achievements) among teaching assistants.
