A Comparison of Two Methods of Needs Assessment: Implications for Continuing Professional Education.
Igarashi, Michiko; Suveges, Linda; Moss, Gwenna
Canadian Journal of University Continuing Education, v28 n1 p57-76 Spr 2002

Scores indicated no relationship between the two kinds of needs. Needs assessment in continuing professional education thus should recognize and address the limitations of self-perceived needs.
