Studied the evaluation of a sale program within a business services organization. Interviewed 23 sales people, 10 implementation specialists, 9 consultants, and 40 clients of the business. Results show the use and nonuse of evaluation results and point out the factors contributing to use or nonuse of evaluation results in this private sector evaluation. (SLD)
