A survey involving 365 regular education teachers found almost all had taught a child with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), half had received some preservice AD/HD training, and three-fourths had received inservice training. Teachers (94%) wanted more ADHD training and expressed lowest confidence in their ability to manage related stress. (Contains references.) (Author/CR)
