Keedy, John L.; Simpson, Douglas S.
Journal of Educational Administration and Foundations, v16 n1 p10-41 2001
Case study of four high school principals examines the reciprocal influence between principals and teachers involving the principals' priorities and teacher-identified school norms. Finds that influence flowed from principals to teachers in all four high schools, but the teachers' influence on the principals is present in only two of the high schools. (41 references) (PKP)
