The Impact of School Resources on Women's Earnings and Educational Attainment: Findings from the National Longitudinal Survey of Young Women.
Betts, Julian R.
Journal of Labor Economics, v19 n3 p635-57 2001
Used data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Young Women to measure the impact of high school resources on women's educational attainment and earnings. No link emerged between education and school resources. Among white women, there was no significant connection between school resources and wages. For black women, school inputs significantly and positively related to wages. (SM)
