Examines the potential of the use of student observation and feedback in enhancing communication activities for the classroom. Students in the study were exposed to the various communication strategies employed by their peers, and through discussion and analysis of the strategies were made aware of successful communication strategies that they could use in interacting with peers in communication tasks.
