Dannetta, Vincent
Leadership and Policy in Schools, v1 n2 p144-71 Jun 2002
Study of the personal, organizational, student-related factors influencing teacher commitment to student learning. Finds, for example, that among personal factors intrinsic rewards are more important than extrinsic rewards, that among organization factors collegiality is an important influence on commitment to student learning, and that among student-related factors unmotivated, low-achieving students appear to negatively influence teacher commitment.
