Perfectionism and Mental Health in Australian University Students: Is There a Relationship?

Investigates the relationship between perfectionism and negative emotional states in 405 Australian university students. Results revealed a significant positive association between perfectionism and depression, anxiety, and stress. This result was independent of age or gender, with the exception of stress.
