The National Young Adult Survey of 14,905 18- to 22-year-old Swiss shows that most are willing to continue their education during the first 5 years after school. Willingness is dependent on achievement motivation, contingency beliefs, self-efficacy, cooperation, independence, and level of education. (Contains 24 references.) (SK)
